    To use: A poly is needed for initial resource delivery, and to change the output directions of the factory/reconstructor. If you don't already have one, manually load the ore to produce one and then the system will be self-sufficient. Special "boot control" ensures a minimum amount of tier one units before making bigger ones. Production streams will auto-flip once one is maxed out. At steady state, uses flares to delivery required material.
